Real estate appraiser, Jesse Gilliland, has been in the appraisal field since 1981. Experience includes valuations for taxation purposes for the Davidson County Property Assessor and the State of Tennessee as well as residential appraisal assignments for banks, mortgage companies and individual property owners in the Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee and surrounding counties. Jesse Gilliland founded his own Residential Appraisal business, Gilliland & Associates, in 1986. Subsequently Mr. Gilliland has devoted all of his time to the appraisal of residential properties, balancing his professional appraisal knowledge with core principles of small business management. Over the last two years Gilliland & Associates has been extremely busy, preparing numerous appraisal assignments for Institutional Investors and Governmental Agencies.
Gilliland & Associates operates in Middle Tennessee, specifically the counties of Davidson, Robertson, Sumner, Wilson, Rutherford, Williamson, Cheatham, Dickson, Maury and Marshall.
